POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The following information may assist you in preparing an informative and professional poster display:
Print TITLE and authors in extra large characters across the top of your display.
Display your material in large print so it may be read from a distance. It is important to use text and graphics larger and bolder than those of your manuscript! Be clear and succinct.
Each board will be approximately 1.2m wide x 1.8m high.
Boards will accept pushpins or velcro. A supply of pushpins will be available.
Each presentation will be assigned a board and will be labeled with the number of the paper and the presenting author's name.
Poster Presentations will be held from 15:00 to 17:30 of November 15 on the Shaw College Lecture Theatre. Display boards will be available for the poster session from 9:30am November 15. Authors should set up their materials no later than 14:30 of November 15 and remove them by 18:00 of November 15. Immediately prior to the poster session there will be a two-minute introductions with an OHP to each contributed poster at the symposium room. All speakers are requested to be at their posters during the session. In order to ensure a high-quality presentation, all poster materials must be in printed form (handwritten text will not be accepted).

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Most contributed presentations are scheduled for 20 minutes; most invited speakers are scheduled for 30 minutes.
